7. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential loss
- business interruption

- damage arising from client inaction or non-compliance

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule subject to reasonable notice.
We may charge fees for last-minute cancellations or repeat visits where access is restricted.
